Cookie Dough Truffles
1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate morsels 1 1/2 pounds chocolate candy coating, melted In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add condensed milk and vanilla, beating until combined. Gradually add flour, beating until combined. Add chocolate morsels beating until combined. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on parchment paper and chill for 2 hours. Using 2 forks, dip cookie balls into candy coating to cover. Place on parchment paper and allow to set. Decorate as desired with melted chocolate.
