Summer Vegetable Skillet With Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 each red and yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 Easy Grilled BBQ Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
  • 2 green onions, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook 7 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic; cook 1 min.
  • Add rice, water and barbecue sauce; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Top with Easy Grilled Chicken Breasts, tomatoes and cheese; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until rice is tender and cheese is melted.
  • Top with onions.
Kitchen Tips
  • Tip 1: (Substitute) Prepare using instant brown rice and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend.
  • Tip 2: Serve topped with toasted pine nuts or 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil.
  • Tip 3: Easy Grilled Chicken Breasts--Marinate 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.) in 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce in refrigerator 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken on medium heat 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup additional barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Use 4 chicken breasts to prepare this recipe, then refrigerate remaining chicken breasts for another meal.

BBQ Chicken and Bacon Skewers

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Kentucky Bourbon Style Rich & Savory, divided
  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 24 pieces
  • 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Add 6 Tbsp. barbecue sauce to chicken in medium bowl; mix lightly.
  • Thread 1 bacon slice, accordion style, alternately with 2 chicken pieces onto each of 12 skewers as shown in photo.
  • Grill 12 to 15 min. or until chicken and bacon are done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
Kitchen Tips
  • If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Mother's Day Brunch Sliders

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 rolls)
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Black Forest Ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seed

DIRECTIONS:
1. Transfer rolls from package to cutting board, taking care not to separate rolls. Use serrated knife to carefully cut block of rolls horizontally in half.
2. Place bottom halves of rolls, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with folded ham slices.
3. Whisk eggs and milk until blended. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Add eggs; cook 4 to 5 min. or just until set, stirring occasionally. Spoon over ham.
4. Spread cream cheese spread onto cut sides of tops of rolls; place, cut sides down, over sandwiches in pan.
5. Microwave remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 20 sec. or until melted. Stir in mustard and poppy seed; drizzle over sandwiches. Let stand 20 min.
6. Heat oven to 350ºF. Bake sandwiches 20 min. or until heated through.
