INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
  • 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, dressing and 2 Tbsp. chives until blended.
  4. Spread TATER TOTS onto platter; top with sour cream mixture, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with remaining chives

KITCHEN TIPS:
  1. Prepare using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or light sour cream, KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing, KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon.
  2. Substitute chopped green onions for the chives.

Italian Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked
  2. 2 cups small broccoli florets
  3. 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  4. 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
  5. 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  6. 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  7. 1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

DIRECTIONS:
  • Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
  • Add dressing; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours.

KITCHEN TIPS:
  • Prepare using KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing or KRAFT Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing.
  • This Italian-inspired pasta salad is both rich in vitamin C from the vegetables, and a good source of vitamin A from the broccoli.

White Chocolate Baker's One Bowl Blondies

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces
  2. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 cup flour
  6. 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  7. 1/2 tsp. salt
  8. 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in nuts.
  • Spread into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan. Use foil handles to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

KITCHEN TIPS:
  • Recipe can be doubled. Prepare batter as directed, doubling all ingredients and baking in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Makes 32 servings.
  • Cut brownie into assorted shapes with cookie cutters. Then, let the kids help decorate the cutouts with decorating gels and sprinkles for family fun.

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  2. 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  6. 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  7. 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  • Place chicken in 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with basil and cheese.
  • Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done. Prepare using STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken.

KITCHEN TIPS:
  1. Prepare using STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken.
  2. Prepare and bake recipe as directed; cool. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. To reheat, spoon each serving onto microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
  3. Substitute 13x9-inch baking dish for the casserole dish.
  4. Make this flavorful low-fat chicken recipe tonight as part of an easy weeknight dinner. As a bonus, the cheese is a good source of calcium.
