Old Glory Cheesecake Bars

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  3. 3 Tbsp. sugar
  4. 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  5. 3/4 cup sugar
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla
  7. 3 egg s
  8. 3 Tbsp. red, white and blue decorating gel
  9. 3 Tbsp. red, white and blue sprinkles

DIRECTIONS:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan to form handles; set aside. Mix graham crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and the vanilla in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
  • Bake 30 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Remove cheesecake from pan, using foil handles. Cut into shapes using a medium star-shaped cookie cutter. Decorate with gels and sprinkles as desired. Store in refrigerator.

Stuffed Jalapenos with Bacon and Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
  3. 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
  4. 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  5. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  6. 1 clove garlic, minced
  7. 18 jalapeño peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeds and membranes removed

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine all ingredients except peppers; spoon into peppers.
  • Place, filled sides up, on baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.


KITCHEN TIPS:
  • Substitute 3 large red, yellow or green bell peppers, each cut into 6 triangles, for the jalapeño pepper halves. Top with cheese mixture before baking as directed.
  • Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

S'more Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 10 graham crackers, broken in half (20 squares), divided
  2. 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  3. 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
  4. 2 cups sugar
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla
  7. 1 cup flour
  8. 2-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  9. 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Cover bottom with 15 grahams, overlapping as necessary to form even layer. Break remaining grahams into small pieces.
  • Microwave butter and unsweetened chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams in pan.
  • Bake 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Top with marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows begin to puff.
  • Top with graham pieces; press gently into marshmallows with spatula to secure. Cool. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.

Potato Smashers

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 8 new potatoes (3/4 lb.), 1-1/2 inch
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  4. 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  5. 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cooked, crumbled

DIRECTIONS:
  • Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt. microwaveable dish on HIGH 10 min. or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 min.
  • Drain potatoes; place on work surface. Flatten to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes; cook 4 min. or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn potatoes over; top with cheese and bacon. Cover; cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  2. 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  5. 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  6. 1/2 tsp. lime zest

DIRECTIONS:
  • Mix cream cheese, dry pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  • Stir in COOL WHIP and strawberries.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle with lime zest before serving.
