Chocolate Ketchup Pumpkin Spice Marshmallow Cheese

Ingredients
  • one bar of chocolate
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup 
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of marshmallow spread
  • 1/2 can of canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup of sugar
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl

Bats & Bones Halloween Brownies Pizza

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 pkg. (18 to 20 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
  2. yellow and red food coloring (15 drops yellow, 3 drops red)
  3. 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  4. 12 fun-size candy bars (1/2 oz. each), chopped (about 1 cup)
  5. 2 Tbsp. Halloween sprinkles

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; spread onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool 30 min.
  • Add food colorings to COOL WHIP; stir gently until blended. Spread over brownie; top with remaining ingredients.
  • Cut into wedges.

Frozen Chocolate Mousse Squares

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 12 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
  2. 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  3. 1-1/4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (5 oz.), divided
  4. 2 tubs (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  5. 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  6. 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

DIRECTIONS:
  • Line 9-inch square pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Melt 4 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk, then melted chocolate. Whisk in COOL WHIP; pour over crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from remaining chocolate. (See tip.)
  • Remove dessert from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan; cut into squares. Garnish with chocolate curls.

Creamy Bacon Crescents

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 tub (7.5 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  2. 3 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
  3. 2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese spread and bacon until blended.
  • Separate each can of dough into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise in half. Spread each dough triangle with 1 generous tsp. cream cheese mixture; roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle. Place, point sides down, on baking sheet.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.

KITCHEN TIPS:
  • Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese and reduced-fat refrigerated crescent dinner rolls.
  • For a sweet version, prepare using PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread, and substituting 3 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts for the bacon.
