Classic Meatloaf Recipe
2 lbs lean ground beef 3/4 cup raw onions, chopped 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped 2 large eggs 1 tbsp. salt 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 can diced tomatoes, drained 2 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup catsup Combine all ingredients except for catsup and press into loaf pan or form into a loaf and place in a 9x13 casserole dish.
