Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
  • 2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
  4. Top with remaining ingredients; bake 5 min. or until pasta sauce is heated through and mozzarella is melted.

KITCHEN TIPS:
  1. Serve each baked chicken breast with 1/2 cup hot cooked spaghetti and 3/4 cup hot steamed broccoli florets for a delicious 460-calorie meal.
  2. Line pan with foil before using.
  3. Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Cheesy BBQ Chicken: Omit Parmesan and substitute 1 cup KRAFT Barbecue Sauce for the pasta sauce, and KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the mozzarella. Sprinkle with sliced green onions or OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits. Mexican Baked Chicken: Omit Parmesan and substitute 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa for the pasta sauce, and KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese for the mozzarella.
  4. Help your friends and family eat right with this delicious twist on a classic Italian favorite. In addition to adding the perfect finishing touch to this easy-to-make recipe, the mozzarella cheese also teams up with the Parmesan cheese to provide a good source of calcium.
