Easy Chocolate Cookie Truffles

INGREDIENTS:
  • 36 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed, divided
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 pkg (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Reserve 1/4 cup cookie crumbs. Mix cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until blended; shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min.
  2. Cover rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip cream cheese balls in melted chocolate; place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Easy Baked Parmesan Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ingredients just until blended; shape into 12 meatballs.
  3. Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake 25 min. or until done (160°F).

American Berry No-Bake Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 2 pkg (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  2. 1/3 cup sugar
  3. 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  4. 1  ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
  5. 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  6. 1/3 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS:
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Arrange berries on cheesecake to resemble flag.

No-Bake Mini S'mores Cheesecakes

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 graham wafers, divided
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 6 tbsp sugar, divided
  • 4 oz (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
  • 1 tsp (about 1/3 of 7-g. env.) unflavoured gelatine
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Crush 4 graham crackers into fine crumbs; mix with butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar until blended. Spoon into 10 paper-lined muffin cups, adding about 1 Tbsp. crumb mixture to each cup. Use back of spoon to firmly press crumb mixture onto bottoms of cups.
  2. Microwave chocolate and 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP (about half of tub) in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon 1 tsp. chocolate mixture over each crust. Reserve remaining chocolate mixture for later use.
  3. Sprinkle gelatine over water in small microwaveable bowl. Let stand 1 min.; stir. Microwave 15 sec.; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  4. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Beat in gelatine. Fold in remaining COOL WHIP. Spoon over crusts; smooth tops. Cover with reserved chocolate mixture.
  5. Freeze 2 hours. Remove cheesecakes from liners just before serving; top with marshmallows. Break remaining graham cracker into small pieces; place over cheesecakes.

Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 lb lean ground beef
  2. 1  onion, chopped
  3. 1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
  4. 2 tbsp HEINZ Yellow Mustard
  5. 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  6. 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  7. 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Brown ground beef with onions in skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
  • Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until casserole is heated through and potato nuggets are golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1-1/2 cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked
  2. 1 pkg (283 g) fresh baby spinach leaves
  3. 1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  4. 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  5. 1-1/2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  6. 1-2/3 cups (1/2 of 796-mL can) diced tomatoes, drained
  7. 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
  8. 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  9. 2 tbsp Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding spinach to the boiling water for the last minute.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken and basil in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. Stir in tomatoes and pasta sauce; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until completely melted.
  • Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella; spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through; top with remaining cheeses. Bake 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 pkg (12 oz.) dinner rolls (12 party-size rolls)
  2. 1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
  3. 1 pkg (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  4. 1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni slices (about 30 slices)
  5. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  6. 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  7. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove rolls from package, but do not separate rolls. Cut block of rolls horizontally in half; place bottom halves of rolls in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Top with pepperoni and remaining mozzarella. Cover with tops of rolls.
  • Mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder until blended; drizzle over sandwiches. Sprinkle with Parmesan; cover.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.

Wave Your Flag Cake

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
  2. 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  3. 2 pkg (3 oz. each) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor
  4. -  ice cubes
  5. 1 cup cold water
  6. 1 pkg  (11 oz.) prepared pound cake, cut into 10 slices
  7. 1-1/3 cups blueberries, divided
  8. 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

DIRECTIONS:
  • Slice 1 cup strawberries; cut remaining strawberries in half.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted. Refrigerate 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, cover bottom of 13x9-inch dish with cake slices.
  • Add sliced strawberries and 1 cup blueberries to thickened gelatin; stir gently. Spoon over cake. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Spread COOL WHIP over dessert. Top with fruit to resemble the US flag, using strawberries for the stripes and remaining blueberries for the stars.

Pimento Smash Burger

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1  cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  2. 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
  3. 1  tbsp finely chopped pimentos
  4. 1 lb lean ground beef
  5. 4 (4 inch)  hamburger buns
  6. 8 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Burger Slices

DIRECTIONS:
  • MIX cheese, mayo and pimentos until blended; set aside.
  • HEAT large heavy skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, roll meat into 8 balls.
  • ADD half the meat to hot skillet; flatten each ball with back of spatula into 4-inch patty. Cook 3 min.; turn patties. Spread tops of patties evenly with half the cheese mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture to each patty. Cook additional 3 min. or until burgers are done. Remove cooked burgers from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • REPEAT with remaining meat and cheese mixture.
  • PLACE 4 topped burgers in single layer on plate; cover with remaining burgers, topped sides up.
  • PLACE buns, cut sides down, in hot skillet. Cook 30 sec. to 1 min. or until lightly toasted. Transfer buns to plate. Fill buns with stacked burgers and pickles to make 4 sandwiches.

  1. 1 pkg (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  2. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 cup cold milk
  4. 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

DIRECTIONS:
  • Beat pudding mix, sugar and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  • Stir in COOL WHIP.
